Enhance your look with Half Head Highlights, Cut & Style package at Nicky McKenzie Hair.I'll recommend the perfect shades to add dimension and vibrancy to your hair, whether you prefer darker tones or brighter blondes. This service is the ideal introduction to a gradual color change or for blending grey hair. Maintenance level is medium, and the package includes toner and a cut and style to complete your fabulous new look.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Rescheduled Appointments - Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice are subject to pay 50% of the fee before a new booking can be made unless the appointment can be filled by another client from my cancellation list. - No-shows on the day are subject to a 100% fee before a new booking can be made. - The full amount is still payable, if the service is shortened on the day e.g. changed mind about having a cut, as time will have been allocated appropriately and is a loss to the business. - Appointments that are persistently changed over a short period of time, will be cancelled with the risk of no further bookings allowed. - Whilst illness is unavoidable in the winter, please do not come to an appointment with a heavy cold/cough /under the weather. A judgement should be made in these circumstances to the severity of a cold and if unsure please contact me to discuss. - Nicky McKenzie Hair reserves the right to change appointment times to enable the efficiency of the online booking system. - Cancellations made in exceptional circumstances may not be subject to further charges but this is discretionary e.g sudden serious illness. Colouring - A tint test must be completed at least 48 hours before a new colouring service. - Please advise if there are any changes to the following: new medication, change in health, pregnancy. - Please advise if you are an existing client and have recently had a new allergic reaction to anything. - Please advise if any changes to your scalp health. - Please advise if you have recently had any henna or tattoos. - Please advise if you have used a home hair colour of any description in-between visits as this may affect the result of your colour. - Please advise if you experience any tingling sensations on the scalp during your service or after the service has been completed. - Nicky McKenzie Hair reserves the right to refuse hair colouring if any of the above is met. - Under 16s are unable to receive hair colouring services due to not being covered by insurance.
