Colour consultations and skin tests must be completed for all new clients.

Tint allergy tests must be completed at least 48 hours before a colour service. If you have had COVID-19 this applies each time.
​
Please advise if you have changed medication as this can affect your hair.
​
Any temporary colour sprays should be washed out before a tint appointment otherwise coverage cannot be guaranteed as these act as a barrier.
​
All major credit cards are accepted and bank transfers can be made at the end of your service.
​
Nicky reserves the right to change the price to reflect the amount of time and product used.
​
Colour services over 8 weeks will incur a long regrowth surcharge which will be quoted at time of booking.
​
A booking fee is required to confirm your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
72 hours is requested for any appointment changes so someone else can be offered the slot.
​
Less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the full amount.
​
No shows will be charged at 100% of the hair service before a rebooking can be made.
